ÌÇÐÄlogo¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³ completed this core and shell seismic retrofit and upgrade of an outdated office building into new, Class A office space. ÌÇÐÄlogo¹ÙÍøÊ×Ò³ de-tensioned all 10 floors to allow for all new mechanical shafts, elevators, and stairs. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.
